The silicone part that fits the face is very soft and pliable, so it should conform to the face to keep water out. One of the two grandchildren is afraid to let water in his nose, so this will suit him. I can't get one a pair of goggles without getting another, so a set of two is just the ticket. Each pair of goggles comes with a pair of earplugs to use if your child has ear problems. The part that hold the lenses is just a tiny bit flexible. That's important because one of the children's face and head is thin and delicate, while the other child's face is rounder, so I think these will fit them both. Just tighten the straps for a nice snug fit. The strap adjustment isn't up by the face. It's on back of the head and there is a clamp on each side of the adjustment area, so the straps won't loosen accidentally like most masks I've ever seen. Even better, there is a release on back of the head that makes it possible to you can put them on or take them off without pulling hair. You press the center and the straps release. This is a fine quality item and at a price point of about $10 each, it's a good deal.

The rocks, the aquatic life, plants and the fish, are endlessly fascinating to me. I can literally spend hours marveling. Was hoping to get to Southern Oregon/Northern California this year to visit our old stomping grounds, but if we don't, I will definitely be taking these to the Jedediah Smith river by the Redwoods, next year. Home to my favorite crystal clear swimming "holes" and river gazing spots. That water is crystal, crystal clear. No more cheap kids goggles for me. Oh, another bonus, I also cannot dive into water without water going up my nose, so the nose plugs that came with this set are just perfect. I don't care if I look silly wearing them either. There is also a nice mesh storage bag for each pair. This is an absolutely fantastic set. Very excited to try them out and I would definitely recommend these.

My kids don't use the ear plugs but they can easily place them in if they wanted to. The pink ones have faded pretty fast but that doesn't bother us. They haven't fogged up and seem durable so far.

The screen looks and feels like you're wearing a nice pair of sunglasses under water. They have ear plugs built into them, they are hanging from the strap, so if they fall out, you won't loose them. A pair of nose clips is also included as well as nice mesh bags to store/carry them in. They are very comfortable. They might be a bit too big for children. I find them to be a very good value and my swim more fun.
